Are You Prepared For College

It’s an exciting time when our child or grandchildren head off to college.  But it can also be a stressful time in making sure that everyone is prepared for this new chapter in his/her life.  Let Solidarity help you and your child or grandchild manage their finances by opening up a Checking account and possibly apply for a student credit card.  Already have an account?  Great, you’re off to a good start!

Use this checklist to make sure you have everything you need at college.  These are just suggestions, so be sure to adapt this list to suit your own situation.

To save packing or shipping, it might make sense to buy some of these items after you arrive.  It might also make sense to pack for one season at a time and switch items when you go home during breaks.
