Functionality of the NEW Online and Mobile Loan payments
o Regular Payment – this shows your normal monthly payment. Use this button to pay your regular payment only.
o Other: 1st Mortgage: this button applies to principal only AND all other loan types will apply towards payment.
o On Line of Credit loan types: Extra payments made during the current month will be applied to your principal balance.

How to Get Fingerprint Touch ID & Facial Recognition ID
- Make sure your fingerprint or face is registered on your mobile device
- From Solidarity's Mobile App on the login screen, look for Touch ID or Fingerprint Login
- Facial Recognition happens as soon as you go to our app to login
- Select Login/Setup & manually enter your password
- Click out of notification and turn on Touch ID/Fingerprint Login
- From this point on you will be able to login with just your thumbprint.
Email & Text Message Financial AlertsWith Financial Alerts you can be notified when your direct deposit is credited to your account, your balances change, when your account has been logged into, any contact changes and much more. These alerts will be sent to your email or cell phone number that you have registered with Solidarity through Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
To check and register your preferred email and/or phone number. Open the Solidary Mobile App, open the menu by the clicking the ☰ in the top left. Find the Manage Alerts option.
