Corona Virus Update

Attention all members,
As we continue to work through the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic, Solidarity has made the decision to close the lobby at both office locations to walk-in traffic effective Wednesday, March 18th. While we have not had a confirmed case in any of our office locations, we believe these are the right steps to maintain essential access to your financial needs while also helping prevent the spread of the virus, and supporting the well-being of our members, employees and communities we serve. Our health experts have stressed that limiting human interaction is crucial to slowing the disease’s spread and preventing the health care system from becoming overwhelmed. Social distancing is currently the most important factor we can control in the
COVID-19 outbreak. 

At this time, our Main Office drive-up lanes will be OPEN regular business hours, and our 15 FREE ATM’s that are open to the public in Howard, Tipton and Miami counties are available. Plus, over 35,000+ FREE ATM’s with the Co-Op Network. Many of our drive-up ATM’s are full-service and can accept check and cash deposits, make transfers, verify balances and withdraw the cash you need. Our Office lobbies will be closed until further notice or as advised that it is safe to be around crowds of more than 10 by The Board of Commissioners of Howard County.

Here is an exception that we are making with our lobby areas closed:
During regular business hours, you may make an appointment for a financial service if it can’t be handled through our drive-up. You must not be showing any symptoms of the virus for the protection of all those involved.   • Night Drop-Available 24/7 as you walk up to our Main Office location in the wall.  Please use the envelopes provided for deposits and loan payments.  We check the Night Drop vault every hour from 8 am to 5 pm and process Monday-Friday.

Solidarity's Annual Meeting has been postponed.  All members will be notified when a new date has been selected.
