Commercial Real Estate

• Up to 25 year amortization
• 10 year maturity

Term Loans

• 3-7 year amortization and maturity
• Rate index: Prime + 1-3%

Lines of Credit

• 1 year term, annual renewal
• Variable rate, adjust daily or monthly
