How do I view my statements?
Sign up for Online Banking and you can view your transactions daily.  You may also sign up for eStatements to view and/or download your monthly statement.

How can I change my address?
You can stop by either location and complete the Address Change Form or call 765-453-4020 and request that the form is mailed.

Do you offer free checking?
The eChecking account has no monthly fee and no minimum balance requirement.  The eChecking account does require Direct Deposit and eStatements.  The Classic Checking is free if you maintain a $750.00 daily balance and the Premium Checking is an interest-bearing account that is free if you maintain a $1,000.00 daily balance.  All of the checking account have free unlimited checking writing, online banking, Bill-payer, transactions at Solidarity ATMs, eStatements and Email Alerts.

Is your bill payer service free?
Yes, bill payer is absolutely free and you can pay unlimited bills.

Can I order checks online?
Yes, as long as it is a reorder you can visit our Reorder Checks Page.  To place your first order of checks you will need to contact the Member Services Department.

How do I sign up for online banking?
Your account was automatically signed up when you opened your new account.  Visit www.solfcu.org and click on Online Banking.  Enter your Member Number and the last 4 digits of the primary member’s social security number.  You will then be asked to change your password.

I have forgotten my online banking Member Number or password – now what?
Contact or visit the Member Services Department and answer a few security questions.  Member Services will provide the Member Number and reset the password to the last 4 digits of the primary member’s social security number.  Once you logon the system will require that you change your password.
