NEW! 7-Year Balloon Mortgage

A 7-Year Balloon Mortgage offers a lower cost fixed-rate financing alternative to 15- and 30-year fixed-rate mortgages.  The payments are attractive because they are based on a 30-year amortization while yields are based on the shorter term loan.

This mortgage option is great for borrowers who plan to stay in their homes less than 7 years, a borrower whose financial objective is a lower initial monthly payment or the ability to qualify for a larger mortgage.  We will finance up to 95% of the purchase price and the property must be owner-occupied.

15, 20 and 30-Year Mortgage Loans

Solidarity Mortgage offers the traditional fixed rate mortgages with terms from 15, 20 or 30 years.  Solidarity can work with you if you are looking for a term less than 15 years.

40-Year Mortgage 

The 40-Year Mortgage loan can help you afford the home your really want by extending the term.  This is also a great option for debt consolidation and First Time Home Buyers.

FREE Grant Money

Solidarity Mortgage continually receives grant money that can be used to assist with a down payment or closing costs.  You are eligible if you have not owned a home within the last three years, or are a recently displaced spouse or are a single parent who has only owned a home with a former spouse.  Other eligibility requirements may apply.

First Time Home Buyers

We offer products with 97% financing and because we are a credit union we receive discounted mortgage insurance rates.   Solidarity also receives grant money to assist a first time homebuyer with their down payment or closing cost.
